Online Store FAQ

Q: HOW QUICKLY WILL I GET MY ORDER?

A: Orders generally ship within 5 business days. We use Canada Post for all shipments. Canadian customers can expect their products to arrive 2-9 business days after shipping, depending on your region. U.S. customers can expect their products to arrive 5-9 days after shipping.

Q: HOW DO I GET MY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD?

A: Once purchased, the file is available for download in the Order Confirmation page.  You will automatically receive an order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file. For albums, you will receive a compressed file (with the .zip extension). The download link will expire 24 hours after it's first clicked. For more information on what to do with the file, see the question and answer below.

Shipping rates for U.S. customers are $6.00CAD per order plus $1.00CAD for each item (this includes all applicable customs and duties fees). Shipping is free above $90CAD with the code FREESHIP90 (enter at checkout).

Q: WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: Stripe is our secure payment processor. Most major credit cards are accepted at checkout.

Q: WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

A: If you don't receive your order within the time frames mentioned above, or if you are in any way dissatisfied, we want to know! Send us an email and we will work out a solution.

Q: WHAT DO I DO WITH MY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD FILE?

A: Instructions for downloading the music to a desktop computer:

  • You will need to extract or “unzip” the MP3 files from the compressed file before you can import them into a media player. To do this, double-click the downloaded ZIP folder and follow instructions to extract (make sure you know where you've saved the folder). Some operating systems will extract automatically upon double-clicking the zipped folder.

  • There are multiple ways to import the files into your media player. You can drag and drop the unzipped files into the music player, and then create playlists. Or you can choose the Import option (probably found in the player’s File menu), then select all the unzipped files and import them.

Instructions for downloading to a mobile device:

  • On an Android device: Once the album has finished downloading (you may need to tap Extract All), a new folder will pop up to confirm that the files are in MP3 format. You can then listen to the album on your phone’s music app.

  • For iOS devices, follow the steps above to download to a desktop computer, and then transfer the files to your device using Apple’s Music app. Unfortunately, iOS devices do not allow you to download and play music files directly.
